For voluntary return or exchange assistance, contact Client Services with the order reference and the item concerned.
To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, use the separate Right of Withdrawal information or the electronic withdrawal function available on the BARIÉN website. The statutory withdrawal route remains entirely separate from any voluntary return or exchange process.
When something is not as intended.
Incorrect, damaged or defective.
Where an item arrives incorrect, damaged or defective, statutory rights remain in force. BARIÉN bears the necessary transport costs of the relevant remedy and coordinates the return route through Client Services.
CONSIDERED EXCHANGE
A voluntary exchange, considered individually.
Where Client Services accepts an exchange for another BARIÉN composition, BARIÉN may arrange the return and replacement delivery without an additional shipping charge, provided the full-size composition remains unopened and the relevant exchange conditions are met.
Considered Exchange remains separate from statutory withdrawal and defect rights.
Reimbursement following withdrawal.

Where a statutory withdrawal is valid, BARIÉN reimburses the payments due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, subject to the relevant statutory conditions.
