Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when you, or the designated third party, acquires physical possession of the last item.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, BARIÉN will reimburse all payments due, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered where applicable, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after BARIÉN is informed of your decision.

BARIÉN may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless BARIÉN has offered to collect them.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating withdrawal. You bear the direct return cost. You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
